You instinctively know that nutrition has tremendous effects on your overall health. How many times have you uttered the phrase, “I need to eat better!”? But all the resolutions in the world will not help if you don’t know what to eat! The goal of this class is to answer that question!
Nutrition is one of the most effective tools available for addressing today’s chronic health challenges. Join us for this unique opportunity to experience personalized guidance in a small group setting and learn about the powerful impacts nutrition can have on your health. Andrea Crane, a licensed nutritionist, will lead this clinically focused program and guide each participant in making important changes that will lead to a more resilient, nourished YOU!
